  • Abstract:

With the continuous development of sports training theories, long-distance running has put forward higher requirements on athletes' joint flexibility and stability. In order to improve athletes' performance and reduce the risk of injury, a three-dimensional analysis of the joint angle characteristics of long-distance running is proposed. Firstly, we analyzed the kinematics theory of long-distance running, and analyzed the optimization effect of different joint angles on long-distance running movement from the three joints of thigh, ankle and knee. Taking the award-winning long-distance runners in provincial competitions as the research object and the 10000m event as the research background, multiple high-speed cameras and scanning cameras were used to take fixed-point photographs, and APAS three-dimensional image dynamic analysis technology was used to comprehensively analyze the athlete's joint angle characteristics. The results showed that the hip angle showed regular changes in the support phase and swing phase, reflecting the excellent athletes' ability to control the hip muscles accurately. The upper limb angle showed rhythmic and coordinated dynamic changes during the running process, and there were gender differences, with male athletes having a more compact and powerful upper limb swing and female athletes having a higher swing frequency. The movement characteristics of the swing leg and the backstroke leg indicate that the ideal long-distance running technique should be driven by hip rotation to swing the swing leg, which improves the efficiency of leg extension and swinging.
